Leigh Badoyen found her niche marrying her two passions: real estate and education. After receiving her real estate license in 2023, Leigh began helping investors secure investment properties throughout the Hampton Roads and Richmond Metro areas, selling over $1 million in volume in her first year.

As a native of Virginia Beach, Leigh is a reliable force you can trust to help you navigate the local market. She knows the region and appreciates the unique qualities of each city and what they offer. Leigh’s commitment to community ranges from supporting small businesses to her personal passion for inclusivity.

Leigh attended college on a volleyball scholarship where she demonstrated her teamwork and competitive skills to earn team captain and appear in the NCAA tournament. To this day, Leigh holds her college’s all-time career blocking record. She carries this drive and passion for teamwork into her real estate career.

As a former math teacher, Leigh has a natural knack for problem solving. She applies that mindset to educating her clients and finding solutions for home buyers, sellers, and investors.
