With more homes for sale and buyers regaining some negotiation power, it may be a good idea to offer a concession if you’re trying to sell. Data shows 1 in 4 sellers did in 2024. Giving your buyer money toward closing costs or adjusting the price for repairs could be what allows you to flip that sign in your yard from “for sale” to “sold”.
